Electrical Appliances and Materials
Introduction
When manufacturing or importing Electrical Appliances and Materials subject to control under the Act is commenced, notification of the business must be made on a manufacturer-by-manufacturer or importer-by-importer basis (by individual or juridical person) in accordance with the Electrical Appliance and Material classification specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Within 30 days from the date of commencement of the business.
